Twin-Star International, Inc – Concealed Freight Damages:
  1. Inspect all cartons for visual signs indicating possible damage at the time of delivery WHILE the driver is present.
  2. If the product has concealed damages when the carton is opened, please inspect, take digital pictures and save all packaging materials until the determination of claim can be made.
  3. Concealed damages must be reported within 30 days.
  4. If the product can be repaired with the replacement of an individual part (i.e. front left panel, center panel, shelf, mantel top, etc… including the availability of touch up pens) please fill out a Parts Order Form.
  5. Product can be sent to RAC Product Service Center for repair.
  6. Items / units sent to RAC Product Service Center without original box will be subject to repair charges billed to the store.
  7. In the event that the unit is can not be repaired please email all information relating to the claim including pictures, copy of POD, and the factory purchase order located on the outside of the factory carton to freightclaims@twinstarhome.com and you will receive instructions on replacement of the unit.
