Twin-Star International, Inc – Visual Freight Damages:
  1. Inspect all cartons for visual signs indicating possible damage at the time of delivery WHILE the driver is present.
  2. If obvious freight damages are evident during visual inspection (i.e. hole / tear in box, wet packaging, sound of loose items in carton being separated from packaging materials etc…) refuse the product that is damaged and note it clearly and a detailed description on the freight bill. If a digital camera is available pictures are always recommended.
  3. Only refuse damaged items, if there are good packages as part of the total shipment they should be accepted and signed for.
  4. Please email the following documents: copy of the POD / BOL, copy of the pick ticket indicating the items returned, and any pictures available to freightclaims@twinstarhome.com
  5. Fill out the RAC Freight Damage form and fax to your corporate office at (972) 943-0118 to insure proper credit to your location.
  6. Twin-Star International, Inc will process the freight claim and send the replacement item (s).
